Businesswoman and social entrepreneur Sandy has recently reopened FIZZ gym, in Albert Road, Stoke, Plymouth. She welcomes all to join in the fun of getting fit!
Sandy has been in local paper and local television news for both her efforts in contributing to getting both children, parents, adults and elderly fitter and being a positive role model in her community for health, lifestyle management and fitness.
She has carried out over fifty qualifications over the past recent years, to become educated and specialized in Childrens and Adults fitness. Her intentions are honourable and merely seeks to become a positive role model nationwide to fellow peers and individuals arounds her.
Her goal is to known as an elite fitness trainer both on coaching, fitness and health sector. And to help individuals cope with fitting sport and fitness around their busy lifestyles. For customers whether children, teens, adults, or elderly - to be able to understand, identify and include regular physical fitness and balances diet as part of their lifestyle management.
FIZZ is a service term for physical fitness, and Sandy merly wishes to be recognized for her studies, and contributations towards the community and groups as a whole.
